Board Meetings

The next special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Alpine Mountain Ranch Metro District is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The Annual Statutory Meeting will be held at 1:00pm with the Special Meeting and Budget Hearing immediately following.

Meetings are held in person at 33105 Meadow Creek Drive (the Owners Lodge) and can also be joined via ZOOM or conference call. (ZOOM link and/or call-in instructions are posted below in each meetings detail section)

Board Annual Meeting 11:30am

The Annual meeting of the Alpine Mountain Metro District will be held on December 19, 2023, at 11:30am. On the Agenda will financial and construction updates. No action will be taken at this meeting.

Board Budget Meeting 1:00pm

The Special Meeting of the Board of Alpine Mountain Metro District to Review and Adopt the 2024 Budget will be held on December 12, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Also on the Agenda will be any other business that comes before the Board.

Board Special Meeting 10am

The purpose of this meeting is to to review the Audit of 2022 Financial Statements, Amend the 2022 Budget and any other items that may come before the Board.
